OilWell Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your OilWell purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@oilwell.co within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll replace or refund the item as appropriate. You won’t need to return it.

2. Change of Mind

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns if you change your mind after delivery.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately and we may be able to cancel it.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
